Plans and packaging
One AI-native video platform. Three ways to start.
Choose Acquire, Activate or Amplify for the frontline workflow that matters now. Add capabilities as the rollout expands, or deploy the complete platform across the advisor lifecycle.
Acquire
Take a candidate from first contact to a licensed, field-ready advisor.
Best for organisations recruiting advisors at scale and carrying them through screening, prep and licensing.
- Personalised video outreach and in-video screening
- Engagement signals and recommended next actions
- Pre-licensing tracks, assessments and certification
Activate
Take a newly licensed advisor from onboarding to first sale, and keep them sharp after it.
Best for organisations shortening time to first sale and holding product knowledge in place once formal training ends.
- Guided video learning, assessment and certification
- AI roleplay, pitch practice and coaching
- Short video, channels and nudges that keep it in daily use
Amplify
Grow the revenue an active advisor already carries, in the field.
Best for organisations lifting productivity across an active field force — prospecting, the customer meeting, and everything after it.
- Virtual prospecting and personalised customer outreach
- In-meeting assistance and approved-answer retrieval
- Meeting capture, follow-up and the next step
Each bundle is a complete deployment on its own, on the same platform. Pricing is scoped to the rollout, not published as a list.
All-in-one platform
Connect recruitment, readiness and customer execution in one governed experience, with shared content, intelligence and management visibility across the frontline lifecycle.
- One governed enterprise video foundation
- Shared intelligence across workflows
- Unified administration, analytics and visibility
- A consistent frontline experience
One enterprise foundation, included in every bundle
Every bundle is a deployment of the same governed platform for enterprise video, grounded AI and frontline intelligence.
Creation tools
Video generated from approved brand content, edited by prompt, annotated and made interactive — with short cuts, summaries and the languages the field works in drawn from anything long.
Engagement
Reels and stories, interactive video, role-based channels an advisor subscribes to, and the points, streaks and leaderboards that keep the app in daily use.
Content and knowledge
The video library and its organisation, enterprise knowledge connectors, grounding, and the dashboards over all of it.
Enterprise control
Identity and single sign-on, role-based access control, approval workflows and administration.
Trust and operations
Security and guardrails, auditability, and usage and platform monitoring.
Data and connectivity
APIs, CRM, LMS and HRMS integrations, data exchange and SFTP, and the event infrastructure that connects KPOINT to the systems already in place.

Pricing shaped around your rollout
KPOINT pricing is scoped around the workflow selected, the size of the frontline network and the requirements of the rollout.
The bundle selected
Acquire, Activate, Amplify, or the all-in-one platform across the lifecycle.
Frontline network size
How many advisors, field officers and managers the rollout reaches.
Rollout scope
The business units, regions and languages in the first phase, and how it expands.
Integrations, services and content
Connections to the systems of record, and how much approved content comes in at the start.
Questions that come up
Can we start with one product bundle?
Yes. Each bundle is a complete deployment on its own, so a rollout can begin with the workflow under the most pressure — recruitment and outreach, field readiness, or the customer conversation.
Can we add other bundles later?
Yes. All three run on the same platform, the same content library and the same administration, so adding a bundle extends what is already deployed rather than introducing a second system.
What determines pricing?
The bundle selected, the size of the frontline network, the scope of the rollout, and any integration, service or content requirements. Pricing is quoted against a scoped rollout rather than published as a list.
Are implementation and integrations included?
Implementation and integration requirements are scoped as part of the rollout plan. The CRM, LMS and policy systems stay the systems of record; KPOINT connects to them rather than replacing them.
How are content packs and accelerators handled?
Content packs are part of the bundle, and the comparison above shows which bundle carries which. Accelerators — prebuilt journeys, question sets and rehearsal personas — are matched to the workflow and market while the rollout is scoped, and agreed as part of it rather than assumed.
