Technology
Video, made intelligent.
Video is the most human, highest-bandwidth way to carry complex knowledge. It shows what text and slides can only describe.
But video has stayed fixed — the same sequence, played the same way, for everyone. KPOINT makes it an understood and adaptive medium, shaped by what the content means, who is watching, and the conversation around it.

The video joins the conversation
The shift is not that a question gets answered. It is that video stops being a fixed artefact and becomes active inside the exchange.
An active medium, not a passive one
A viewer asks, the video responds, and the session follows the exchange, not a fixed sequence.
Understood, and therefore malleable
Once the concepts, speakers and moments inside a video are known, it can be recombined and transformed, not just played.
Grounded by design
Responses are assembled from approved material and stay traceable to the second they came from. Fluency does not replace provenance.
Three layers of intelligence over every video
Each layer answers a different question: what the content means, who is engaging with it, and what to assemble now.
Source video
Content Intelligence
It understands what the content means.
Speakers, entities and relationships become structured meaning, retrievable to the second.
- Semantic concepts
- Knowledge graph
- Multilingual index
User Intelligence
It understands the viewer and the moment.
Role, cohort, history and session context decide what is relevant now, not whether a video was completed.
- Prior engagement
- Cohort
- Live session
Stream Intelligence
It assembles the experience on demand.
Approved material becomes an adaptive, multilingual stream for this viewer and this situation.
- Grounded remix
- Interaction
- Conversation

What made this hard to build
The visible experience looks simple. The engineering underneath is not: understanding video as meaning, retrieving precise evidence, adapting the experience without fragmenting governance, and holding it at enterprise scale.
Understanding video beyond the transcript
A transcript captures spoken words, not structure. Meaning also lives in the speaker, the sequence and the slides on screen.
Retrieving the moment, not the asset
Search returns a file. Intelligent video locates the seconds that answer, keeps enough context around them, and opens playback there.
Generating without losing grounding
Fluent generation is the easy half. Provenance, permissions and traceability are the enterprise half — an answer stays tied to approved material.
Adapting without fragmenting the source of truth
Roles, languages and channels each need a different experience. Independent copies create sprawl, so every derivative is generated from the governed master.
Learning from viewing, not clicks
Watches, skips, rewatches, questions and drop-off points say more than a page view, and they change what the system presents next.
These problems sit where AI, video infrastructure, enterprise knowledge and real viewing behaviour meet, and one layer alone is not enough. A decade of running enterprise video makes the rest tractable.
One source, every required experience
Create and govern the knowledge once. It becomes the formats, languages and experiences each moment of use needs, still tied to its source.
One governed source
Video, webinars, recordings and approved product documents enter a shared content-intelligence layer.
Many derived experiences
Chapters, short video, summaries, audio, quizzes, conversational answers and transcripts.
Delivered across channels
Web, mobile, chat, the LMS and enterprise applications, without a content operation for each surface.
What runs in production today
Everything above is the thesis. Everything below is deployed and running in customer environments.

Exact moment — Playback opens where the answer begins.
Grounded answer — Drawn from one approved video.
Approved source — The source and its approval date travel with it.
The viewer's language — The same moment, in the language needed.
Conversational and interactive video

- Watching continues uninterrupted
Grounded retrieval and stream assembly
- Retrieval to the exact moment
- Answers from approved content
- Source traceability
Multilingual and multi-format transformation
- Text, voice and on-screen language
- Chapters, summaries and transcripts
- Short-form derivatives and quizzes
Viewing intelligence
- Watched, skipped, rewatched
- Questions and interactions
- Attention beyond completion
Enterprise controls for intelligent video
Adaptive experiences still run inside enterprise boundaries: governed content, controlled access, traceability, and a deployment that survives a regulated organisation's review.
ISO 27001 certified
Information-security management, independently certified.
ISO 42001 ready
Built to the international standard for responsible AI management.
GDPR ready
Privacy-by-design data handling.
India data residency
Customer data stays in India, isolated per tenant.
Grounded in approved content
Answers are built only from the enterprise's own approved media — auditable, never the open web.
Enterprise access controls
Role-based access, encryption in transit and at rest, audit logging.
